Just a little about myself.

I reside in Fort Worth, Texas with my hubbie, Christian, and our babies Tucker & Oliver–our miniature schnauzers. I’ve been planning, coordinating, organizing, and throwing events since I was in college and recently had the opportunity to create a career around it and jumped at it!

I coordinate all types of events from weddings to birthdays to wedding proposals. I enjoy everything that I do and take pride in being very organized and on the ball because at the end of the day—my job is pretty fun! Each event is meant to be a unique experience that is both fun and easy for the guests and guests of honor. You will see that time is taken on each event to make sure that the memories last a lifetime.

Why Twenty-Three Balloons?

Since I was a little kid, the number twenty-three has been my favorite and lucky number. I would like each of my events to have the same luck and happiness that this number has brought into my life.So take a look at the posts, which will pop up weekly.

Here are some Testimonials from some of our recent Clients!

John & Paula’s Wedding

Mallory is an AWESOME event planner. She helped me realize the fairy tale wedding that I dreamed about. She is creative, hard working, loyal, and knowledgeable, respectful and prompt. She was always on top of everything and left no detail undone, I did not experience anxiety or worry because I was totally comfortable with Mallory handling it promptly. She had so many creative ideas and gave me her honest opinion and advice which I appreciated very much. She really pampered me and my family and we love having her as our planner. I will definitely use her again for future events and recommend her to anyone in need of a planner. We love you Mallory!

Jeremy & Kari ‘s Beer Themed 40th Birthday

I have never been good at party planning, let alone pulling off any surprises. As my husbands 40th birthday was getting closer, I had few ideas of what to do. Knowing Mallory is fabulous at planning, I asked for her help. I just wanted something small, with close friends, in an intimate setting that would be manly, and what Jeremy would have wanted, had he known about it. She helped me find a theme, a venue, decorations, cake, invites and favors. All the details were covered and it turned in to the best beer bash and biggest surprise Jeremy has ever had! Customized beer labels, coasters, favor stickers… all matching. Table decor, a frame signed by all the guests, an incredible cake and more. All on a budget! I never would have thought I could get a planner for a small party, but now I can’t imagine doing a party without her!

Beth Ann’s Surprise 50th Birthday

I was the lucky birthday girl for this “Cheeseburger in Paradise” surprise celebration. As you can see from the pictures, “Twenty-three Balloons” did amazing job. No detail was forgotten. Thanks for a wonderful party!

  1. Hi Mallory!
Hope DSES is treating you well!
Question. Do you have any bridal makeup artists you might be able to refer me to? I am looking for someone who can travel to Fort Worth (meacham and 820) on June 14. I’d prefer airbrush but I’ll take anyone you can refer me to at this point!! Timeframe would be about noon that day but I can be flexible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My number is 817-846-1093 or feel free to respond with anyone’s contact info you have!
